- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1/4 item
- can undrained crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- Add pineapple
- sugar or less - 2 c
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix all but pineapple, beat well (will be thick). Add pineapple. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Frosting:1 (3 oz.) bar cream cheese1/4 stick butter or margarine1/2 tsp. vanilla2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar Spread on cold cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
