- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- oleo - 1/2 c
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- grated cheese
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- onion, grated - 1/2 c
- to 10 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and grated - 9 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in a large saucepan, and add soup, grated cheese, onion and sour cream. Stir until well mixed. Pour over grated potatoes in large baking dish and mix lightly. Top with crushed cornflakes and bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
