Ingredients/Components
- hash browns, frozen but thawed - 2 lb
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 (8
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- crushed cornflakes
- oleo - 1/4 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place in casserole dish. Pour melted oleo over top. May cover with crushed cornflakes mixed with oleo. Bake 1 hour at 375°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
