  • hash browns, frozen but thawed - 2 lb
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 (8
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
  • stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
  • crushed cornflakes
  • oleo - 1/4 c

How to make potato casserole:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place in casserole dish. Pour melted oleo over top. May cover with crushed cornflakes mixed with oleo. Bake 1 hour at 375°.
