  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • can whole corn - 1 oz
  • Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 pkg

How to make corn delight:

Mix all together. Pour into 2-quart greased casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
