  • milk - 4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 c
  • broccoli - 2 3

How to make cream of broccoli soup:

Saute the margarine and onion. Stir in the flour. Slowly blend in the milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Heat to boiling; stir often. Add the broccoli, that has been partially boiled and drained. Add the cheese. Serve or let set 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors and reheat.
