Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 c
- broccoli - 2 3
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Saute the margarine and onion. Stir in the flour. Slowly blend in the milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Heat to boiling; stir often. Add the broccoli, that has been partially boiled and drained.
