  • milk - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
  • chopped pimento - 1/4 c
  • can cut asparagus - 1 oz

How to make asparagus casserole:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently. Pour into a 1-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until set. Do not overcook.
