Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cheese Ritz crackers - 1 c
- large can green asparagus reserve liquid - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Grease casserole dish with margarine. Place layer of cracker crumbs in bottom of dish. Layer with asparagus. Mix cheese with soup and liquid from asparagus. Place on top of asparagus and top with remaining or additional Ritz cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
