Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- regular size cans asparagus, drained - 2 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Melt margarine in top of double boiler. Add flour, seasonings and milk. Cook until thick and add 1 cup grated sharp cheese. In greased baking dish, put a layer of asparagus, layer of sauce and layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat and top with more grated cheese.
