Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- potatoes - 5 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- asparagus - 2 c
- onions - 2 item
- slices cheese - 4 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Slice potatoes and put in baking dish. Dice onions and put them on top of potatoes. Put asparagus on top of that. Canned or fresh can be used (uncooked works fine). Dot with butter. Cover tightly and cook at least 45 minutes in oven at 350° or until potatoes are done. Lay cheese on top and let melt before serving.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
