- can asparagus - 1 item
- light bread crumbs - 2 c
- American cheese, grated - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- hard-cooked eggs - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Brown bread crumbs in butter. Spread crumbs in 9-inch baking dish. Drain asparagus and gently place on crumbs. Slice eggs and place on asparagus. Pour mushroom soup over eggs. Sprinkle some reserved crumbs over top. Place in a 350° oven and cook until brown, about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
