Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
  • dash of Worcestershire - 1 item
  • jars marinated artichoke hearts - 2 oz
  • bunch fresh parsley - 1 item
  • bunches scallions - 4 item
  • lunch crackers, crushed - 8 item

How to make artichoke quiche:

Drain oil from artichoke hearts. Reserve hearts. Put oil into frying pan. Heat. Chop scallions and fry in oil until limp. Drain oil, reserve scallions.

In large mixing bowl, combine cooked scallions, artichoke hearts and other ingredients. Blend together. Spread into pre-sprayed pan (8-inch round or 8-inch square or if doubled the recipe, use a 9 x 13-inch pan). Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 for dinner or great for appetizers.
