Whole wheat sweet potato muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- ground cloves - 1/8 tsp
- whole wheat flour - 3/4 c
- plain white flour - 3/4 c
- cooked sweet potato, boiled or baked - 2/3 c
How to make whole wheat sweet potato muffins:
