Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- Miracle Whip - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
How to make artichoke dip:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into a small low casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and/or chopped tomato, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos. Makes 2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
