Artichoke casserole
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 2/3 c
- can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 oz
- cans artichoke hearts, drained - 2 item
- seasoned breadcrumbs - 1/4 1/2
- small can chopped black olives, drained - 1 item
How to make artichoke casserole:
Cut artichoke hearts into 4 pieces. Mix all ingredients together in baking dish. Top with seasoned breadcrumbs. Cover with foil. Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave covered. Just before serving, remove foil and mix all ingredients.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
