  • apricot nectar - 1 c
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • box lemon cake mix - 1 item
  • small amount of apricot nectar or juice of 1 orange

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Icing:1 c. powdered sugar small amount of apricot nectar or juice of 1 orange Bake cake in tube pan at 350° until golden brown. Cool in pan. Turn up and invert.

Mix icing well and put on cake while still warm.
