Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item
- or 4 bananas - 3 item
- graham crumbs - 2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Mix crumbs and melted oleo. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat together 15 minutes the powdered sugar, eggs and softened oleo. Spread over crust. Slice bananas over filling. Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle pecans and cherries over Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
