- powdered sugar
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- lemon extract - 2 tsp
- can apricot nectar - 1 1/2
- Topping:1 lemon
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Topping:1 lemon1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Mix cake mix, oil, apricot and egg yolks on low speed for 5 minutes. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from pan and apply topping while cake iRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
