  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • bottle Russian salad dressing - 1 oz
  • chicken, cut up* - 1 item
  • jar apricot or peach preserves - 1 oz

How to make apricot chicken:

*Can also use packaged or chicken pieces such as breasts or thighs.

Spread chicken in a baking pan. Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
