Ingredients/Components
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- to 12 chicken thighs - 10 item
- jar apricot or peach preserves - 1 oz
- bottle Red Russian dressing Wish-Bone - 1 oz
How to make baked chicken thighs:
In 9 x 13-inch pan place preserves, dressing and soup mix. Mix and heat slowly. Layer thighs in single layer. Bake at 400°, turning every 20 minutes or so, in uncovered pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Tilt pan to remove fat.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
