Ingredients/Components
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
- jar apricot jam or preserves - 1 oz
- jar French dressing - 1 oz
- chicken breasts, salted and peppered to taste - 6 item
How to make apricot chicken:
Mix together the dressing, onion soup and jam or preserves. Spread mixture onto chicken. Cover dish; bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Cranberry sauce and Russian dressing may be used in place of French dressing and apricots.
