  • eggs - 2 item
  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • 3 oz - 1 lb
  • raisins - 1 c
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
  • canned applesauce - 2 c

How to make applesauce spice cake:

Combine cake mix, applesauce, eggs and cocoa. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in raisins and nuts. Turn into a well-greased 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.
