Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- or 5 large McIntosh apples - 4 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Peel and cut apples into small slices or small chunks. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour half of batter into a greased tube pan. Place half of apple mixture over it, then pour in remaining batter. Top with remaining apple mixture.
