Applesauce cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• butter or margarine - 3/4 c
• flour
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• crushed corn flakes - 1 c
• nuts or raisins - 1/2 c
• sweet applesauce - 1 c

How to make applesauce cookies:

Cream butter and sugar together. Sift together flour and cinnamon and add to creamed mixture together with remaining ingredients. Blend well. Drop from spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake until brown in 350° oven.
