Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• milk - 1/4 c
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• pecans - 1 c
• Crisco oil
• diced apples - 3 4
• drained pineapple - 1 c
• flour self-rising* - 1 c
• Mix sugar, oil, eggs, extract and flour and then add remaining ingredients

How to make apple dapple cake:

*If using all-purpose flour, use one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon soda.

Mix sugar, oil, eggs, extract and flour and then add remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and bake 1 hour at 325°.Topping:1 stick butter or margarine1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk Bring to boil and pour over cake while cake is hot.
