Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- Crisco oil
- diced apples - 3 4
- drained pineapple - 1 c
- flour self-rising* - 1 c
- Mix sugar, oil, eggs, extract and flour and then add remaining ingredients
How to make apple dapple cake:
*If using all-purpose flour, use one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon soda.Mix sugar, oil, eggs, extract and flour and then add remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and bake 1 hour at 325°.Topping:1 stick butter or margarine1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk Bring to boil and pour over cake while cake is hot.
