  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • crushed pineapple optional - 1 c

How to make sunday sweet potatoes:

Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish, measuring 8 x 12-inches. Top with remaining ingredients after they have been blended together. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes or until done.
