- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- vanilla instant pudding - 2 boxes
- graham crackers - 1 item
- extra creamy Cool Whip - 1 (9
- Mix pudding with milk
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch container with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Pour 1/2 mixture over graham crackers. Repeat with crackers and pudding. Top with crackers.Topping:1 c. sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. milk1/2 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Heat sugar, cocoa and milk. Boil for 1 minute. Cool slightly. Add margarine and vanilla.
