- pkg - 1 oz
- egg - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make gooey butter cake:
Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg together. Press into 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour on top. Sprinkle with pecans before baking. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Reserve small amount of powdered sugaRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Holiday.
