Peanut butter cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1/4 c
- Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan

How to make peanut butter cake:
Let butter, peanut butter, eggs and buttermilk warm to room temperature for easy mixing (butter should be very soft).Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan. Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine room temperature ingredients with sugar, baking powder, flour, vanilla and water in a large bowl. Beat at slow speed for 30 seconds, then at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes, then lower temperature to 325° and bake 30 minutes longer, until top of cake springs back when pressed lightly with fingertip. Cool 10 minutes. Turn out. Cool completely before frosting.Peanut Butter Frosting:1/4 c. creamy peanut butter1 c. 10x sugar4 to 5 Tbsp. buttermilk Combine in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Spoon over cake.
