  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • apples, chopped - 3 c

How to make apple dapple cake:

In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add oil, vanilla and sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon and nutmeg into mixture. Mix the 1/4 cup flour with apples, nuts and coconut. Then fold into mixture. Batter will be very thick. Spoon into grea
