Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 3 item
- cups chopped apples - 3 item
- 1/2 cups chopped pecans - 1 item
- 1/2 cups salad oil - 1 item
How to make apple dapple cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 stick margarine or butter1/4 c. milk Mix eggs, oil and sugar, blend well. Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix well. Add vanilla, apples and nuts. Pour into 8 or 9 greased and floured tube pan. Bake 350 degrees for one hour. Prepare topping by combining all 3 ingredients and boiling for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over while cake is still hot.
