- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- pecans
- medium sweet potatoes - 4 item
- Karo - 1 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. pecans1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut1/2 c. flour1 stick butter Cook and drain potatoes. Beat eggs, Karo, sugar, 1/2 stick butter, milk and vanilla into potatoes. In separate bowl mix together the topping ingredients. In casserole dish place one half of potato mixture, a layer of small marshmallows (optional) and half of topping mixture. Repeat with remaining potato mixture and remaining topping mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
