Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- quick cooking oats - 3/4 c
- or 5 diced apples - 4 item
How to make apple crunch:
Fill pie tin half full of apples. Cover with white sugar and cinnamon. Mix brown sugar, butter, oats and flour. Press mixture down on top of apples. Bake at 350° until brown. Serve with cream or ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Apple.
