Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- water - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 4 tsp
- sweetener - 3 Tbsp
- dry milk - 2/3 c
- brown Sugar Twin - 2/3 c
- diet oleo - 1/4 lb
- oats - 3 c
- Filling:8 apples, sliced
How to make apple crunch:
Filling:8 apples, sliced2 tsp. cinnamon4 tsp. lemon juice2 c. water3 Tbsp. sweetener Mix topping well to make crumbs. Cook filling until tender. Spread 1/2 crumb topping in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased). Add filling, then sprinkle remaining topping on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Makes 8 servings.One-eighth of cake equals 1 bread exchange, 1 fruit exchange, 1 fat exchange and 1/4 milk exchange.
