  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • milk - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c
  • Angel Flake coconut - 1 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Mix well or put in blender and blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serve warm or cool. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
