Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • biscuit mix - 1/2 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 in. pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool. This pie makes its own crust.
