- salt - 1 item
- oil - 1/4 c
- Bisquick
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- zucchini, diced - 4 c
How to make zucchini torte:
Beat eggs; add cheese, oil and chopped onion. Fold in Bisquick. Add diced zucchini, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 435 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Appetizers.
