Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
- salt and pepper as desired - 1 item
- paprika as desired - 1 item
- frozen hash browns, thawed shredded hash rounds are best - 24 oz
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients except paprika. Place ingredients in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350° for an hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
