Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • diced celery - 2 c
  • Italian sausage - 1 lb
  • cans tomatoes - 2 oz
  • green peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • zucchini - 2 lb

How to make zucchini stew:

Brown sausage and drain. Add celery and saute 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients except peppers and simmer for about 40 minutes. Add green peppers and cook about 10 minutes longer. Serve with Parmesan cheese and Italian bread or over pasta.
