Zucchini quiche

Ingredients/Components

• zucchini
• Egg Beaters - 4 or
• grated cheese - 1 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• large onion, diced - 1 item
• parsley flakes - 2 tsp
• to 12 slices cheese American or Alpine - 10 item

How to make zucchini quiche:

Slice the zucchini with the skin real thin or grate it. Throw all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Put in greased pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until brown. Let stand for 20 minutes.
