Ingredients/Components
- corn meal - 3 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 item
- regular milk - 1/2 c
- green bell pepper - 1 item
- hot peppers - 3 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make mexican corn bread:
Stir in one ingredient at a time to avoid lumping. Mix by hand. Put into a greased Bundt pan or two bread pans, three if the small size. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done. Keep loosely covered at room temperature.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
