  • corn meal - 3 c
  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1 item
  • regular milk - 1/2 c
  • green bell pepper - 1 item
  • hot peppers - 3 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • eggs - 3 item
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • flour - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make mexican corn bread:

Stir in one ingredient at a time to avoid lumping. Mix by hand. Put into a greased Bundt pan or two bread pans, three if the small size. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done. Keep loosely covered at room temperature.
