  • oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • clove minced garlic - 1 item
  • small onion, diced fine - 1 item
  • shredded zucchini about 4 small zucchini - 3 c
  • sausage, bacon, ham chopped fine or grated pepperoni - 1/2 lb

How to make zucchini pie:

Combine and mix the first 5 ingredients. Next, combine and mix remaining ingredients. Grease 8-inch square casserole. Combine the Bisquick mixture and zucchini mixture in casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
