Zucchini pie
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
- dried parsley - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- can refrigerator crescent rolls - 1 oz
- each: oregano, garlic powder, sweet basil and pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Line 10-inch pie plate or 10 x 15-inch dish with crescent rolls. Spread with 2 tablespoons mustard. Melt butter; add squash, onions and spices. Cook about 10 minutes. Mix in separate bowl 2 eggs (beaten) and 8 ounces cheese. Add to veggies. Pour in dish. Bake for 20 minutes in 375° oven.
