- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- shredded zucchini
How to make zucchini nut bread:
In a large bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside. In another large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, then oil, mixing well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. At low speed, beat in dRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
