Zucchini jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- ground, peeled zucchini - 5 c
- large box jello any flavor - 1 item
How to make zucchini jam:
Boil zucchini and pineapple 6 minutes. Add sugar and bring to a boil, again for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and jello. Stir very well. Pour into jars and seal. Makes 4 to 5 pint jars.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
