- fresh tomatoes - 1 item
- green peppers - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- summer squash - 1 item
How to make summer vegetable casserole:
Slice vegetables in casserole dish in order given. Dot each layer with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. (Add no water; will make its own juice.) It will cook down so fill to top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Main dish, One Dish meal.
