Zucchini pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
- brown mustard
- ground basil, oregano and garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
In a frying pan, combine first three ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, mix eggs, salt, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of basil, oregano and garlic powder. Add shredded Mozzarella cheese to egg mixture, then add zucchini mixture.In a pie pan, layout the crescent rolls. Push into sides and seal all seams. Spread the brown mustard evenly on crust. Pour in egg/cheese/zucchini mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.
