Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- rum - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- Place nuts on the bottom of a greased 8 x 12-inch pan
How to make rum cake:
Mix all ingredients except nuts. Place nuts on the bottom of a greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Pour mixture over nuts. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Cool and remove from pan. Glaze.Glaze:1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. water1/4 c. butter1 oz. rum Boil all but rum. Remove from heat and add rum. Glaze cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
