  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Italian sausage - 1 lb
  • grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • zucchini, sliced - 3/4 lb
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • dry parsley - 1 tsp
  • dry basil - 1/4 tsp
  • can Italian green beans - 1 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Combine zucchini, oil, basil and parsley in microwave casserole dish. Microwave 3 minutes on High, stirring once. Cook sausage and onion in skillet; add garlic to taste. Put beans in dish with Parmesan cheese on top.

Combine tomato sauce with sausage and spices. Pour over beans. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Put zucchini on top. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
