  • milk
  • salt - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion powder - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • to 6 eggs - 4 item
  • to 6 slices bread, diced - 5 item

How to make brunch eggs:

Place diced bread in the bottom of a well-greased 11 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Brown sausage and drain well. Spread across bread cubes. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs with milk; pour over cheese. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.

About 1 1/2 hours before serving, mix together 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 soup can of milk; pour over top. Sprinkle with paprika (if desired). Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 8.
