- eggs - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- grated coconut - 2/3 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Topping:1 small can evaporated milk
How to make coconut cake:
Topping:1 small can evaporated milk1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix cake as directed on box, adding coconut before baking. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan. As soon as cake is removed from oven, punch holes in cake with large fork. Pour mixture of milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and enough water to make 2 cups. Use all the liquid. Cool cake.
